• Service Providers: EarnLab engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on EarnLab's instructions and in accordance with applicable law.
• Game Providers: Where you play games supplied by third-party game studios, limited technical data (such as session tokens and game results) may be shared with those providers to facilitate gameplay. Game providers do not receive your full personal profile.

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship.

EarnLab will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.

Children's Privacy

EarnLab's Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. EarnLab does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If EarnLab becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data in question, and take appropriate steps to prevent further access. Any funds held in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Third-Party Services

EarnLab carefully vets all third-party service providers before engagement and requires them to demonstrate adequate data protection standards as a condition of their engagement. All data processing agreements with third-party processors include provisions consistent with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

EarnLab does not embed third-party social media tracking pixels or advertising networks on the Platform that would allow those third parties to collect your personal data without your knowledge.
