Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the EarnLab website and platform located at https://earnlab.vip (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the EarnLab Platform. Your continued use of EarnLab following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on EarnLab, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and EarnLab policy. No exceptions will be made.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of EarnLab, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

EarnLab reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by EarnLab may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on EarnLab at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. EarnLab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You agree to notify EarnLab immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your EarnLab account.
• Do not use another player's account, even with their permission.
• Ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible, as EarnLab uses it for all account communications.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

Deposits & Withdrawals

EarnLab supports deposits and withdrawals via major Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your EarnLab account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. EarnLab does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Verification: EarnLab requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are published in the Platform's banking section.

EarnLab reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending completion of an internal investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

EarnLab offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms. EarnLab reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• EarnLab reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

EarnLab's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who disagree with a bonus decision may contact our support team, but EarnLab's determination following review shall be conclusive.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the EarnLab Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates for each game.

By participating in any game on EarnLab, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by the RNG and is entirely random. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• The house edge is inherent in all casino-style games. EarnLab does not guarantee that any player will profit from their gaming activity.
• Game-specific rules are published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before wagering.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, EarnLab reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.
• EarnLab's records of all game transactions are the definitive record. In the event of a dispute between a player's records and EarnLab's server logs, EarnLab's records shall prevail.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the EarnLab Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Creating or operating more than one EarnLab account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the EarnLab Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing EarnLab staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your EarnLab account through your payment provider.

Intellectual Property

All content on the EarnLab Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of EarnLab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the EarnLab Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from EarnLab.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any EarnLab trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of EarnLab's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, EarnLab, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, service interruption, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

EarnLab's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EarnLab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Responsible Gaming

EarnLab is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm. EarnLab provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.
• Account Closure: Request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Account Suspension & Termination

EarnLab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a court order.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, EarnLab reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such closure is the result of fraudulent conduct or material breach. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure or inactivity), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your EarnLab account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Privacy & Data Protection

EarnLab collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

EarnLab implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and EarnLab cannot guarantee absolute security.

EarnLab will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

EarnLab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, EarnLab will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the EarnLab Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the EarnLab Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit a formal complaint to EarnLab's support team, who will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. EarnLab's operations are subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations, and players may also raise complaints through relevant regulatory channels where applicable.
